The two-day online seminar focuses on the digital workflow for calculating and budgeting complex (cinema) film projects. Participants will learn which steps are necessary to prepare a calculation and what needs to be considered when proceeding according to FFA schemes. Together with lecturer Mario von Gumbkow, they will delve into the functional scope of various tools, including PreProducer and Movie Magic Budgeting.
In addition, the panel takes a critical look at existing company structures and reflects on them: What do projects have to yield in order to carry the company?
The seminar is aimed at filmmakers who have already realised a project and founded a company. It is aimed at producers, production managers and project managers who are already planning their next project.
