It also deals with the drafting of co-production contracts as the legal basis for co-production and how contracts are successfully negotiated and finalised.
The focus is on the various phases of an international co-production, from pre-production to filming and post-production. Important knowledge of cost controlling and cash flow management is taught in order to keep film projects within budget. It also explains topics such as returns, how to manage film project revenues effectively and how to ensure that all parties involved receive their agreed shares.
This seminar is suitable for anyone who has experience in film production or similar cultural organisations and would like to produce with other countries. It is tailored to the needs of the participants and prepares them for the challenges of the film industry.
