In September 2024, LITFILMS – Germany’s unique Literature Film Volunteer Festival – opened its doors for the third time and transformed Münster into a meeting place for film and literature enthusiasts.
As federal volunteers, Ole Reif and Yann Reinemann were right in the thick of things to capture the special atmosphere of the festival. They also had the opportunity to speak to festival directors Risna Olthuis-Vierling and Carsten Happe to find out what makes LITFILMS so unique and how it differs from other festivals.
