want to pitch your film-projects?
The Filmwerkstatt Münster invites up-and-coming filmmakers from Münster to apply with their short film project until 1 August 2025 in order to take part in the pitching session at the Münster Film Festival on 26 September 2025.
During the pitching session, the filmmakers can receive a production cost grant for their short film shoot from the Münster Cultural Office for the year 2026.
Present your film idea in a pitch of no more than five minutes to a jury of experts, who will then make a recommendation to the Cultural Office.
Before the pitching session on 26 September as part of the Münster Film Festival, a pitching workshop will take place at the beginning of September. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a documentary or a feature film.
Apply until 01.08.2025 exclusively via e-mail at projektpool@filmwerkstatt-muenster.de with the following documents as PDF:
- Film description: status quo & artistic realisation & schedule
(max. 1 A4 page) - Short letter of motivation (max ½ A4 page)
- CV with filmography (max. 1 A4 page)
The film projects should be made by you or be thematically located in Münster or the Münsterland region. It doesn’t matter how old you are as a young filmmaker.
