The Filmwerkstatt Münster is looking for from August/September 2024

As a non-profit organisation, Filmwerkstatt Münster has been promoting film culture in the Westphalia region since 1981 and is a contact point for film enthusiasts, filmmakers and those who want to become one. With our seminar programme, we offer a comprehensive range of weekend seminars, pocket and online workshops as well as workshops for beginners and advanced filmmakers. In this way, we offer all filmmakers – and those who want to become filmmakers – the opportunity to continue their industry-orientated training.
We produce our own film art projects with regional, national and international partners, ranging from cinema films and documentaries to video installations.
A regular cinema programme at filmclub münster awakens and develops interest in film culture, as does the biennial Münster Film Festival and the Litfilms Literature Film Festival Münster.
We are looking for a committed person who is interested in completing the Federal Voluntary Service at the Filmwerkstatt Münster.
Are you curious, motivated, flexible and interested in film, art and culture? Then get in touch with us. We are always happy to hear from people who want to get involved in our film and cultural activities. Here you have many opportunities to try out your creativity in the film industry. We also offer you a wide range of insights into film production and festival operations. We expect reliability, a willingness to work independently and an interest in film. Basic knowledge of handling a camera or using editing and graphics software is advantageous, but not essential.
