Insane joy in the House of Kummerveldt! In the Fiction competition, the Grimme Prize Special 2024 was awarded to the series “Haus Kummerveldt” (Goldstoff Filme/Outside The Club/Filmwerkstatt Münster for WDR/ZDF/ARTE) for its experimental combination of history, pop and politics to writers Charlotte Krafft and Cecil Joyce Röski, director and creator (and Filmwerkstatt member) Mark Lorei, lead actress Milena Straube and producer Lotte Ruf. The Filmwerkstatt Münster has had the honour of supporting the project as co-producer for the last five years.
