General terms and conditions of the seminar branch
Price groups:
1 = Normal
2 = Reduction: students, pupils, pensioners, unemployed,
welfare recipients etc. The discount applies to the individual. If institutions pay for the course, we charge the normal amount.
Members of Filmwerkstatt Münster e.V. receive a 15% discount on the basic price.
Group programmes:
The film workshop also offers seminars for small groups of two or more people on request.
REGISTRATION CONDITIONS
- Registrations must be made in writing (using the contact form or by e-mail to
seminare@filmwerkstatt-muenster.de) - Registration constitutes a binding booking for the course. The participation fee is due immediately after registration. The invoice will be issued after receipt of payment. Any proof of entitlement to a discount must be enclosed with the registration or submitted by the start of the course at the latest.
- Registrations will be considered in the order in which payment is received.
- Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and is only possible up to 14 days before the start of the seminar (receipt by post). Cancellation at a later date is excluded. We charge a cancellation fee of 10% of the seminar fee up to 21 days before the start of the seminar and 20% of the seminar fee up to 14 days before the start of the seminar. Thereafter, the entire seminar fee is due or retained.
- These conditions also apply if you register at short notice, as well as if you are on the waiting list.
- We charge the statutory reminder fees for overdue payments.
- We reserve the right to postpone or cancel events due to insufficient numbers of participants and to provide an equivalent replacement if the lecturer is unable to attend. The postponement of the event entitles the participant to cancel the registration, but the replacement of lecturers does not. Catering and accommodation
are not included in the price.
